• Supported US Airways from 2003-2004, and American Airlines.
• Monitoring service center tickets and sabre tickets for US & Latin America.

Follow up on pages, and worked closely with field engineers and Decision One technicians on open tickets.

• 2006 - 2007 Selected to assist on GITP Project and SSM Kinetics Refresh Project 2006.
  • Worked on several different cities supporting field technicians.   
  • Communicated by phone and Lotus Notes to resolve issues/conflicts.

FRONTPAGE./WEB DEVELOPMENT - Worked on CICS screens for documentation.  Used Photo Impact and Ulead photo editor to enhance the work, and with users and clients for any updates or changes.

PC/NETWORK HELPDESK TECH - 1^st level support for PC, LAN Network.  Solved desktop/laptop issues over the phone. Worked with several software packages as well as in-house CICS region.

• Held responsibility for smooth operation of an MVS/XA system, environment run on an IBM 3084 mainframe 64 mb/48 channel.  Monitor and support four CICS region on-lines.  Performed weekly system IPL.
• Insure proper monitoring of point-of-sale (POS) and network communication facilities.
• Analyze and resolve hardware/software problems in an MVS/JES2 environment.
